new unlocked AT&T Lumina 635 from microsoft website activati

Does anyone know if I will have a problem activating a
new no contract AT&T Nokia Lumina 635 using my Sim card from my current phone .
It is a AT&T Samsung SGH i677 on a Straight Talk ($45.00) unlimited plan.
Can this be as easy as it seems to be switch sim card and done.
I am a somewhat computer literate 65 yr old disabled Vietnam Veteran, with an insatiable appetite
for punishment . (I write code and repair PC's )
