Nokia 520 Invalid Sim

Nokia 520 Invalid Sim

Just bought a used Nokia 520 after checking the IMEI to make sure it would work with the byop kit. Now I have put the micro sim in, gone through the activation process both online and with customer service and my phone says invalid sim. Please help me out, I need a phone now.
