Nokia Lumia 920 locked AT&T no MMS or group text

I have been all over the internet looking for the correct APN settings for my new phone, none of which work for me. I can send MMS texts but can't receive them. I don't receive group texts either & not sure if I can send them because I haven't tried yet. Can someone help me get my phone set up correctly?
