Lumia 520

Can I buy an ATT GoPhone Lumia 520 from Best Buy, (it's on sale for 80 bucks right now) and get a straight talk gsm sim and plug it in and be ready to go with Straight Talk? It's not an unlocked phone, obviously.

I don't want to use ATT prepaid at all, just continue my current Straight Talk service with a new phone. I've read so many conflicting stories on this phone with Straight Talk that I thought I should come here and try to get the Straight Story :)

Hi comet52. My name is ST - Kyle and I will be addressing your question. Our BYOP (Bring Your Own Phone) Program will work with any AT&T compatible GSM phone, T-Mobile compatible GSM phone, or an UNLOCKED domestic GSM phone.

Furthermore, BYOP Program now supports CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) technology phones or handsets that do not have SIM cards. To check your phone's eligibility, you may visit www.straighttalkbyop.com. Thanks.

Great! Which sim card do I buy, I see there is the gsm sim and the gsm micro sim. Which one works with the 520?

Hi comet52. My name is ST - Kyle and I will be addressing your question. You may refer to your phone's user manual or manufacturer to check the size of your SIM card. Thanks.
