I have a Nokia Lumina Windows 8.1 phone. I cannot send or recieve any type of MMS. I have tried every mms and apn setting out there and I am unable to get anywhere. If there is any magic way to get this to work please email me at jbenshoff@gmail.com

Having difficultly getting Nokia 635 working (APN and MMS stuff).

I bought phone from Microsoft store (AT&T version, no contract). Used on AT&T for a while and got an unlock code, but phone never asked me for it.
Is the phone unlocked? How can i check? Also the APN and data setting don't see to be working. And help would be appreciated.
Regular calls appear to be working.

I've tried a lot of the settings posted here and it doesn't appear to work for me. I think I'm missing a step or 2.
FYI: I deleted all the APN and MSS setting so i need everything from scratch to work.
