I am having this same issue. I recently bought a used iPhone 5s off of eBay. The lady who sold it to me and I have been working together, over e-mails, for the past 2-3 days to try to get this to work. The iPhone carrier is Straight Talk and my current phone carrier is Straight Talk. I was hoping for an easy process, but now it's turned into a stressful situation that has me pulling my hair out and ready to throw the phone through a wall. Please, some one help me.
