Phone not sending SMS texts

Hello. I also cannot send sms text messages. This problem just recent occurred. I ported my number from T-Mobile branded phone to ST AT&T SIM. Everything worked great until a few days ago when sms messaging stopped sending.

I can receive and can reply but cannot send new messages. Its very odd.

My phone is a unlocked at&t windows 7 changed to straight talk I cannot send or receive picture texts there is a place in settings that's a number for SMS please help

Lindsay I followed the link to chat and turned my phone off then back on and sent myself a pic text it still didn't work
