New Nokia Lumia 635 no mms

I'm here once again....I continue to have the same problem with Lumia 635. All works fine but cannot send or receive pics via MMS. I have tried several combinations of settings to no avail. I even tried the last suggestion posted on this forum with no luck. The chat sessions have been useless, Katie just referred me to the website setting, which of course I went to initially in the set up! Please HELP, this is extremely frustrating and I'm very disappointed in Straight Talk's customer service!

Only answer I've seen on this Straight Talk forum is their disclaimer regarding 'not all phones.....'. We get CHAT invitation only to tell us there are no guarantee; so, now I know why they off site to talk. Sorry for being negative but it has to be said.

Why is the details on how to resolve this not shared with registered users, then what good is the forum????

Riverdale methinks this immediate response by ST is nothing but a BOT taking you to a CHAT which only told me of their disclaimer of maybe not working for all phones. Perhaps we should look throughout the Internet for real answers. Thanks for asking the right question.

I ant to add how I believe this site is BOT ran and answers always refer you to a CHAT which provides ST disclaimer about something about how settings may not work on all phones. Can you say BOT?
I suppose ST will ban me from the forum, but the real answer is on the internet. Reminds me of the movie were the character says, "don't pay no attention to the man behind the curtain" Straight Talk.

Thank you Felise for your response; so, you are not a BOT. Glad to see real people are still working in the IT business. My message referred me to a CHAT which provided me with the ST disclaimer which basically stated it was up to me to find the solution. I can live with that, and if I find a solution would I be permitted to post it on this forum? Thanks again Felise, and now I'm off to view my kind message, I hope.

Everything except text picture works just fine. So does unlocking the phone make a difference regarding this matter? One of the unlock companies, charging to unlock phones, claims that my locked Nokia 635 has NOTHING to do with MMS text pictures. NOW I'm totally confused. Anyone.
