I have been having several problems -off and on- with this phone since I got it. But my main problem is that I can't send any text messages. I've called the help desk and they told me to erase my messages-that didn't work. I've tried taking the battery out for a few minutes-that didn't work. I tried cutting it off and on and that didn't work either. I don't know what else to do.
