This is hopeless, it might be worth the extra money to just use the phone and switch to Verizon. I also called and spoke to a heavily accented young lady that was little help and got no answers, and am currently in live chat and asked for a senior tech as they are asking me for serial number or meid on a phone I have not purchased yet! .

Hi Alita. I called and got a nice lady that was hard to understand but very nice who was little help. Then I went to live chat. The individual told me that even with the model number that they can't look it up without an meid and then I asked for a supervisor or senior tech and this was my reply:

So online chat, telephone tech support, and here no one can tell me if the CDMA can be unlocked on it. The GSM is already unlocked and as I see here it works with a ST Sim and access code on AT&T, I need Verizon. AT&T is terrible reception out here. That is why we switched to Straight Talk to begin with.

I am having some of the same issues on my Nokia Lumia icon aka 929 and my wife's phone it's a Nokia Lumia 822. We can both send and receive normal texts and send mms messages, but we cannot receive them at all. The phones both say that the messages are from an unknown sender. Please help?!
