Maybe, this might help.

1. Swipe to "Settings"
2. Click "cellular+SIM"
3. Scroll down a bit, click "SIM settings"
4. Put a name in for the SIM - "Straight Talk"
5. Click "edit internet APN"

A. In the APN field, type "tfdata"
B. Click the save icon (little floppy icon, on the far left)

6. Click "edit MMS APN"

A. In the APN field, type "tfdata"
B. In the WAP gateway (URL) field, type "mms3.tracfone.com"
C. In the WAP gateway port field, type " 80"
D. In the MMSC (URL) field, type "http://mms-tf.net"
E. In the MMSC port field, type "80"
F. In the Maximum MMS size field, type "1"
G. Click the save icon (little floppy icon, on the far left)

Restart the phone and that should do the trick.

Here is what worked for me.
For an AT&T SIM:
1. Tap the arrow icon in the top right corner of the home screen to go to the main menu.
2. Tap Settings > access point.
3. Tap Add
4. On the APN Settings screen enter the following values:

On internet it should be
Data type = LTE, but default will work
Access point name = tfdata
Authentication type = none
Data type = IPv4v6
All other fields blank

On MMS APN

APN = tfdata
Proxy Address:= 66.209.11.33
Proxy Gateway Port: = 80
MMSC address : http://mms-tf.net
Authentication type = none
All other fields blank

5. Select the check mark to save.

I didn't even have to power fail it. It went right to working.

We are three year Straight Talk users two phones and lines, and I am about to pull the trigger to buy an unlocked GSM Nokia Lumia 822. We are currently using two Galaxy Proclaim phones on Verizon network. I am seeing lots of questions on it here but most say AT&T and I get lousy AT&T but great Verizon signal. I know that the GSM side is unlocked and it is a new phone. I want faster 4G or LTE speeds. Can I get that on Straight talk with two new Lumia 822s?

I cannot use that page because I haven't purchased the phones yet. My wife and I have Verizon straight talk phones now two Samsung Proclaims and want our of Android and into a Windows Phone on Verizon like our current phones. I have seen in the Forums that this phone can be used with a Sim card on AT&T I am looking for more information directly from straight talk about this before I buy and find I wasted the money. I would like to use it on the Verizon network not the AT&T.
