I just purchased a Nokia Lumia 520 and the Straight Talk BYOP sim activation kit. I have successfully activated my phone and transferred my number. I have also edited the internet and mms apn with the settings below:

Name: Straight_Talk
APN: tfdata
Port: 80
MMSC: http://mms-tf.net
MMS PROXY: mms3.tracfone.com
MMS PORT: 80

After entering the APN settings, I rebooted the phone. However, I am experiencing very slow network speeds. The rest of my family have the same exact phone and live in the same area as me and have great service. Not sure why I do not.

I am having problems also. I spoke with a rep at ST who said to download network setup from the app store. There is no option for this. I have tried to manually change the apn but it still doesn't work. I'm close to just going back to at&t. I need mms for all the group messages I get for my kids.
