Hey there. I ordered a Nokia E5 directly from Straight Talk three days ago and I just got the phone. Everything on the phone itself is working fine, but when I try to activate the phone on your website, I get the "Serial Number you entered is associated with another account or already active." error. I want to activate this phone and use my old phone number from t-mobile, so can someone help me?
