Having the same problem i had such high hopes for straight talk but will never be using them again.
Update for my new iPhone5 from Walmart data problems:
Still no response from ST even after finally able to send private message.
Cannot get Technical support on phone because "experiencing heavy volume of calls"
Sent email to "custsrv@straighttalk.com" <custsrv@straighttalk.com>. No response.

I am having the exact same issue. This is the second time I have had problems in last month. I have hardly used internet ... just downloaded several apps... now no internet connectivity... Very frustrating.
