Same boat as everyone here, bought the phone this past weekend and NEVER had any data service...went through horrible offshore tech support which deleted my pics and and went in circles and now I am not even getting any PHONE SERVICE!! I had Boost mobile and never waited on hold for more than 10 mins and always received great tech support/service (considering the low monthly fee) but Walmart in their greed seems to think that they do not need to participate in the process and instead enjoy running our payments every month to include my $700 phone purchase! Words cannot explain my anger right now and I intend on going to my Attorney's General office along with online scam reporting sites.
