Hey I have a friend with the same phone who's been in the same situation since her last renewal. We can't get very far with phone support, they want her to factory reset the phone which I guess we can do but I'd sure love to know there's nothing that can be done via provisioning on the backend or whatever since the only thing that happened between the time it worked and when it stopped was the purchase and addition of a service card.

Would it be possible to provide her information or something so you could see if you couldn't help her out the same way? I'd have her register and setup an account herself, but she doesn't have PC access at the moment.

I checked and it is set correctly. I had already checked this off of my E71 (which works fine). The 6790 works great for sending MMS, and can recieve SMS text, but when trying to reply to an SMS or send a new one out they just queue in the outbox and never send.

I'm having the same issue: trying to send text sends it to the outbox & won't send. I have turned off & restarted my phone. I have removed battery and restarted my phone. I have restored to factory settings. This still has not fixed my problem.

I have also (finally) found where to check the message center number on my phone, and it is the one listed on posts on this site... I have again removed battery for a minute and restarted my phone. I am still unable to send texts.
