No internet connection for over a month now

I have a nokia Lumia 800, with the straighttalk card in it, it worked fine when I first got it, then after about 3 months the internet just quit working
I have not been able to connect and have spent hours on line looking for the propper settings, but still no fix. phone and text work.

I have called the Straighttalk help desk and got an automated response that the call volume was to high and they COULD NOT HELP ME at this time, then it said goodby and hung up.

I have downloade the Nokia 800 Network Setup app, and still nothing
please help.
