NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE!!!

Ok, got to 5 post, no response yet, over 30 minutes and called straight talk, on HOLD for 20 minutes?? I guess I am on my own. Paid for a phone and service, so far 2 days no phone use and activation still required and cannot use my phone. Stay away from straight talk if you want headaches.... If you can live without your cellphone for days on end go with straight talk.

As I have read many complaints on this forum I see that many just don't have the patience to get an answer.

Most of them do not give enough details of your problem or bought a phone that won't work in your area.

This place is not manned 24/7 and those who do man it have to do a bit of research as that there are hundreds
of different situations that need to be addressed.

You will get a response. You may not like it. Like mine. I have to deal with it. jmho.
