Nokia E5 issues, tried to lock phone

Hi i tried to lock my phone and each time it said wrong code, now i think my phone is locked. Please help or email me at shane86322@yahoo.com My phone # is xxx-xxx-xxxx. id say to call me but it appears i cant answer calls
