Nokia E5

I had just received my refurbished Nokia E5 in the mail today and it's been on the charger for the past several hours. I tried to turn the phone on but it does nothing. There is no light or anything that is indicating the phone is charging. My other Nokia E5 would always show that it was charging. Can I get a reply about this this because I've waited 2 weeks for my phone in the mail.

Hi moonstonehoney! My name is ST Che and let me help you with your issue. Please try to check if battery have been inserted correctly. Make sure that the gold connectors of both charge and phone will be connected.
