Nokia 710 - sms - mms - group messaging does not work

I Have a Nokia Lumia 710 and sms - mms - and group messaging does not work.
I place the following setting in the Network setup app :
Under MMS APN

MMS access point name: att.mvno
Proxy address: 66.209.11.33
Proxy port: 80
MMSC address: http://mmsc.cingular.com

Data works fine on the phone.

It seems to me that Straight talk has blocked MMS. As this should be a relatively simple fix if it is in fact possible. I have my doubts I am on my second device that after all the run arounds by CS here and at the manufactures CS still fails to deliver full service.
Oh and btw lets take it offline so no one sees how incompetent our CS really is!
