Nokia 6790

I have had my phone for approximately three months. Over the past couple of weeks my phone's screen has been freezing and sometimes the caller id does not display when I have incoming calls, (also my bluetooth rings when connected but I am still unable to answer) and I am not able to answer the phone. What could be the problem? Telephone support only suggests removing the battery when this happens. I certainly do not want to have to remove my battery every time this problem occurs. Is there some kind of system update that needs to be done?

What is taking so long to get my PM feature enabled. You told me to post 5 messages and another moderator told me to post two more. I've posted about 15 by now and have not gotten another reply since this morning! How long does this process take??? This is absolutely lucacris!!!

This makes me want to switch to another phone provider. Telephone support has not resolved my issue and this avenue isn't going so well either.
