nokia c6-01 no web or mms

I have contacted Nokia and their tech tells me I need a new sim card as the onee i have now is defective. All works well on wifi!! Please correct this!!

Unresolved!! It is bad to be stuck between 2 companies that prefer to hire untrained people whose only answer is to blame the the other company!!
