DUPLICATE TO USE PM: Hello, Thursday I activated my refurbished Nokia E5 following the instructions for porting an old number. However, two days later I'm still getting a "sim card registration" failed message and my straighttalk account says the phone is inactive. It won't let me use my time card to try to reactive it and I'm not paying more money for it to fail again. Since I have no phone to call customer service, I would appreciate help from this forum. The sim number and that on the sim card match. I imported my number from my previous provider but it was originally a number from a different provider (straight talk, actually) so maybe that is the problem?
