I finally received my new SIM card today. Please help me activate my phone. PM me so I can give you the information. Please be fast! I am running out of time, and it has been over 9 days. I also want to make sure and CERTAIN that NONE of my time for the month has been used, I have not been able to use the phone once in 9 days or more.

To whom it may concern, I am ALSO having this problem. My refurbished Nokia E5 is not activating and I don't want have to plan anymore money for my another monthly plan just to have it not work again. My sim card number and the number on the actual sim card match, so I'm not sure what the problem is. I do not have another phone and need this resolved IMMEDIATELY. Thank you.
