Reminder: Service Plan Begins 9/7/2012

Hi,

My phone which was bought on the 24th of August 2012 finally was activated on Friday, September 7, 2012. So, the month unlimited plan shall start, and reflect the day of actual activation. I don't want anymore surprises or problems. It took nearly two weeks for the phone to be activated. The phone works, but to be clear, again, my service plan starts on the day of successful activation, which is September 7, 2012.

Please confirm receipt of this e-mail message, and confirm my actual service plan start date as noted above.
