reconditioned nokia e5 sim card

Hi,

I seem to have the exact same problem as the other two users. I got a reconditioned phone and its looks great but the sim card had already been placed inside the phone when i got it and the number on the sim card and the activation card don't match. Tried calling customer service too but have been on the phone for over half an hour with no luck. Please help!

This is exactly the problem that I have. I received the phone yesterday. It looks great, but sim card has already been put inside it. I activated it online and got a number, but when I turn on the phone again, it just keeps saying: "Sim card not valid".

Funny enough that I called Straight Talk center today, too, and was left waiting for 20-30 minutes each time.
