Nokia E5 SIM Card Not Valid

Hi,

Been 48 hours+ and still get message SIM card not valid. Both Sim card number on the red activation card, and the sim card itself numbers do not match. They tried to reactivate with the other SIM number, but to no avail. A LOT of people are having problems with activation right out of the box it looks like. Not cool.

Please help me! I DO NOT have a phone to be reached on, I repeat, I DO NOT have a phone to be reached on. This has to be taken cared of in private message or IM chat.

72 hours+. Somebody might want to take the reigns here since Jennifer_ST hasn't been around. C'mon Straight Talk, get my phone activated. No more rubbish. Almost four days of this garbage. If I pay for something it should work, and whoever is in customer service right now, let's get it together and fix this problem. Not waiting for a certain rep to happen to be online. Fix it!
