ISSUE RESOLVED.
This problem about not receiving picture messages and not being able to browse mobile web connection to internet has been resolved now with my refurbished Straight Talk Nokia E5 phone.
I spoke with StraightTalk customer service, they had me do a factory reset of the phone, and also---had me shut off and power on the phone several times ---while I was shutting off and powering on the phone they were also doing work on their end. So if you experience this same problem--Straight Talk does something on their end to fix the issue. I want to emphasize that powering off and on the phone was not what fixed it. Straight Talk changed something on their end to get my Refurbished Nokia E5 to again be able to connect to Mobile Web Internet and therefore be able to receive picture messages (picture text messages) again on my phone.
You just have to keep trying Straight Talk customer service until you get someone who has the proper experience or who has been properly trained. I have found that the women in Straight Talk Support do a lot better job of knowing what they are doing than the men do. I am a man, myself, but I had much faster resolutions to my various issues with Women representatives helping me.
