Can't Send or Receive Picture Messages.

I have the Nokia E5 and I'm signed up for the $45 a month plan. I can send and receive regular text messages, place and receive calls, and access the internet. However, I CANNOT send or receive picture messages for some reason. I love the phone and the service is great, I just wish I could have this one feature that I thought was included with this phone. I would call customer service, but every time I do that I get stuck with a foreigner that can barely speak English and doesn't understand me. Please help.

I am having the same problem as everyone else. Can't send picture messages to my email. Worked well for over a year, but for some reason can't do it anymore.

My Nokia E5 phone is unable to receive picture messages. The phone has all of its signal bars and it says "3G". I can receive and make phone calls just fine. I called StraightTalk Support and they had me do a RESET of the phone back to original factory settings. I have the phone powered off right now. It has been over an hour since the RESET of the phone. After the reset of the phone I cannot receive Picture messages and I cannot access the mobile web anymore.

ISSUE RESOLVED.
This problem about not receiving picture messages and not being able to browse mobile web connection to internet has been resolved now with my refurbished Straight Talk Nokia E5 phone.

I spoke with StraightTalk customer service, they had me do a factory reset of the phone, and also---had me shut off and power on the phone several times ---while I was shutting off and powering on the phone they were also doing work on their end. So if you experience this same problem--Straight Talk does something on their end to fix the issue. I want to emphasize that powering off and on the phone was not what fixed it. Straight Talk changed something on their end to get my Refurbished Nokia E5 to again be able to connect to Mobile Web Internet and therefore be able to receive picture messages (picture text messages) again on my phone.

You just have to keep trying Straight Talk customer service until you get someone who has the proper experience or who has been properly trained. I have found that the women in Straight Talk Support do a lot better job of knowing what they are doing than the men do. I am a man, myself, but I had much faster resolutions to my various issues with Women representatives helping me.

I cannot send mms on my android phone. Worked fine when I was with Tmobile. Have been round and round with Straight Talk and even given them the probable fix recommended by HTC. The fix: have Tmobile remove the mms feature from my account, refresh the network, add mms feature back on using current date as the start date. I am paying for the service; Straight Talk is paying Tmobile for the service and I guess I will be looking for a provider who cares enough to solve the problem.
