Phone not sending SMS texts

I have had my AT&T Samsung galaxy s4 for 8 months now and I have had straight talk service the entire time. I have had no issues with straight talk until now. I purchased a new service card a week and a half ago and since I added it my phone will not send sms messages. My call service, internet, and mms messaging all work fine. I have spent around 3 hours on the phone with straight talk support. I've did everything they asked me to numerous times including changing sim cards. The new sim card they sent did not correct the problem so I did a factory reset on my phone to make sure it wasn't a problem with the settings on the phone. Still no sms messaging! I must have sms messaging for my job so if I can't get this problem corrected soon I'm going to have to switch carriers. Help me straight talk! I love having you as a carrier but I can't send a picture with every text message forever....
