Windows 10 Mobile Apps Not Working Over Cellular

I have a Lumia 830 Windows Phone on Straight Talk AT&T GSM. There are several apps which refuse to work over cellular...History Channel, Watch Disney, YouVersion's Bible Flixster. I've checked settings both in the phone and in the apps. This problem has persisted even on different devices such as the Lumia 930 and BLU Win HD when I've attempted to use these apps over cellular on these phones. The various app supports say they can find no reason their apps shouldn't work over cellular on a windows phone. Does anyone know if ST has restricted these apps or ones like them to prevent data over cellular? FYI...apps like Netflix and Hulu and Xbox Video work fine.

Sorry to say buddy, but any Windows Phone user can easily find the link because the store is accessed frequently in order to get apps.
