Nokia Can Send and Receive MMS But Can't Get Online

So I just picked up an unlocked 1020 and I can send and receive texts and images but I can't get online using cellular (wifi works fine). I've googled and found a number of Settings for the 1020 but all of them are pre-Denim so half of the setting options are no longer available to edit. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
