had to replace sim with new from ST ,unable to find directions for nokia e5 to set up APN as directed on sim serial number sleeve.

I have yet to get a logical solution to my problem.As stated , I am unable to find directions for nokia e5 to set up APN as directed on sim serial number sleeve.sleeve. Alita gave me directions for Nokia devices,which is a generic setup,Not for Nokia E5 as I stated I need. I request step by step directions in Nokia E5 setup.
