Why is it that all posts have to be taken off line in order to be fixed? Wouldn't it just be easier and save time if they were fixed so anyone else who is having the problem can look and see how to fix it?

I have to agree with Angeljack. I've been waiting for hours for my posts to get posted & to get a reply. Meanwhile I have turned off & back on phone. Turned off phone & removed battery, waited a minute, replaced and turned phone back on. And have check the message center number. None of these things have fixed my problem. It would be nice to get this issue resolved. I love my Straight Talk phone, but I have had more issues with these phones than with any other carrier's phones in the past.
