Nokia E5 Need info for settings and haven't had any luck..

I haven't had the phone call issue myself. I have the disappearing email accounts that magically reappear after rebooting, email that connects but instantly disconnects and never updates, text messages that no longer notify via sound or notification lights...and don't even bother trying to contact Nokia if you are concerned with the software version. All they will tell you is that it is up to the service provider to approve software version updates, which, for the E5-00.2 the software version is 046.001 05-Mar-2011 and a custom verin from 05-May-2011. Current version according to Nokia Support is 101.003.
