I have tried changing the APN by following the directions provided by Straight Talk and it did not work. Now my phone has no service.

my phone is showing me information about an upgrade to window 8.1 and it says its avalible for a nokia lumina 521 tmoble phone i switch my phone to straight talk when i got it and i dont know why i dont have the update is it diffrent for straight talk users
