lumia 925 no mms

Hi. I can receive calls, data, and text messages. I cannot get MMS (multimedia messaging service) to work. Don't tell me that it is a limitation of the device or OS. I know for a fact other ST users have MMS working on their Lumia 925. I just need a CSR / ST rep who knows what they are doing to set my phone up properly.
