Nokia Lumia 710. Cant get APN set. PLZ HELP!

I have a Nokia 710. For 3 weeks I have been trying to get the APN setting set so the internet and MMS can be used. I have spent 211 min on the phone with tech support WITH 9 different calls. It will call out and receive call. Text works. But no internet or MMS. Internet will work if I use wi-fi from my computer. This is so important. My husband is on hospice and uses this as a distraction. Please help get theses settings right. I Pray God puts me with the right tech that will walk me through with the right steps to get this going. Thanks
