Cannot send msg on 6790

my phone is asking for a message center number. I can receive txt I just cannot send them. It is weird though because I can send audio msg's

On your phone, please go to Menu>Messages>Message Settings>Message Center Number>enter +13123149810 (make sure you include the plus sign (+) before the number), press OK to Save.
