Nokia E5 Software/Firmware Update

Has anyone actually been able to update their phone to the newest firmware available? If so, then how? If not, then why can't we? I know that my phone software version is 046.001 and the latest version is 071.003 (I think anyway). Is there a way to upgrade?

I have got this update on myNokia Cell Phones, but after that it is working slow..
