What to do when I mail phone back for repair?

What to do when I mail phone back for repair?

Postby COURTNEYNICOLE384 » Tue Jun 12, 2012 6:23 pm

The handset speaker in my Nokia E5 is blown. After speaking with a Straight Talk Representative, she informed me that I would need to send my Nokia E5 back to Straight Talk before receiving a replacement phone.

What do I do in the meantime? Can I keep the SIM card out of my current Nokia E5 prior to sending it back and place it my older Straight Talk phone (a Samsung T528G) while I wait for the replacement to be sent to me?

I am pregnant and only use my cell phone number (no house phone) and cannot be left with no way of contacting people.

Thank you
