Cannot make outgoing calls or receive calls, same with Text

Okay, well my phone had been working all day [April 22, 2012]... and then suddenly out of no where, around 11PM EST it stops working.
I can access the Internet, E-Mail, etc... But i cannot make a call or receive a call, nor can i even text or receive text.
It's completely frustrating.
I have a Nokia E71 with the Unlimited plan.
Every time i tried making a call I would get "Connection Error"
I really hope someone helps me fix this, otherwise, we're going to have issues.
