Still can't text message

I've put in the message center number given to me by online forum tech support. I still can't send text messages. What do I need to do to fix my phone?! This is really frustrating! I feel like I shouldn't have left my other carrier.

I am also having trouble not only sending but receiving also. I have the number in the message center still doesn't work.
