E71 Activation

E71 Activation

I got my E71 and I have been on the phone with your overseas tech and sales support for more than 5 hours and they don't know how to activate my phone!!! Please someone with brain and authority help me here.

One of the managers, Clifford, essentially told me I should go else where for my phone service. WTF!

I want my phone work! Please! it's not that hard...

I am also having serious problems getting my E71 to activate. I've been on the phone with three different help desk people and they all have not been very ...helpful. What problem are you having? With mine, it won't register the SIM card. It's been very frustrating because the help desk people don't seem to understand my questions or dilemma at all. They repeat back to me what they think I am asking and it's completely wrong.

Posting again to build up to three posts so that someone can PM me with steps for activation.
I have two E71's that the overseas help desk could not activate after being on the phone for two hours. Please help.

Any update on this? I bought the E71 and am wondering if I will be going through the same problems.
