Not sure exactly how I feel about my nokia 6790. I've used an HTC Evo 4G, a Blackberry Tour, a HTC G1, and now I have this Nokia. Guess its decent for what it is. I can tell you how I feel about the Customer Service from Straight Talk. I have called the 877 customer service number to resolve an issue with texting. They did not know what a message center number was and they could barely speak intelligible English. I'm sorry but if you're taking calls from an English speaking country for tech support then you should be able to speak English clearly so the customer can understand you. I'm sorely disappointed in the Customer Service so far. I do, however, reserve judgement for the online customer service since I have yet to deal with them. Going with Straight Talk cut my phone bill in half but I think it also cut my ability to get help in half as well. Oh well, you get what you pay for I suppose.
