Nokia 520 and 521 unable to send or receive picture texts

Nokia 520 and 521 unable to send or receive picture texts. 520 is on ATT and 521 is on tmobile. The 521 worked fine for a couple months until we traded phones with each other and bought new sims.
Talk, text, and internet work fine.

I don't want to call customer support again just to put in the same apn settings again and turn my phone off and on.

Any solutions or help please??
