This is the second time this has happened. We have had ST android service since Jan 2012 without problem. All of a sudden last Sun service stop receiving signal. Husband called monday from work. They said our zip code was wrong they changed it, had us reset our phones, everything was better than ever. Now this morning no service signal again. I checked the account on the web and our address went back to our mailing address with the other zip code. So, I have changed the address to where we actually use the service . Can someone talk with me online to help?

That's funny same thing happened to me phones been working great and all a sudden no service what's up I've reset my phone several times

Just spent time on phone talking to customer service who told me that even though a live less than 1 mile from a tower that has AT&T, verizon, and T mobile, I don't have good service. Must be a dead spot. Less than 1 mile. seriously! All my neighbors have verizon and seem to have no trouble. One neighbor has AT&T and can't use her's either. What is the problem. Do I need to go to the expense and trouble of going another company. I live in a large town.

ive had the same problem. i had my phone for a phone and then we had some tornadoes and my phone didn't work even after i refilled it and i lost a week of service and then about 3 weeks ago we had a microburst and highwinds that destroyed some stuff and i havent had service since then. i don't want to have to switch and be out all that money. what the hell do i do? they just tell me they don't cover outages and one of my friends got a new phone from them and they said it had to be a certain networked phone for this area but i ordered mine through the website for my area and doesn't work. i don't know what to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
