Just replaced my LG phone with new android, now I can't get signal in alot of places, even my home. Do I need to change back to non-android phone?

I bought an android on your service because I needed one for various duties at work. I am getting very little to no reception at home or in the field. When working with others who have Sprint, T-mobile, or Verizon I can stand right next to them and they have excellent coverage while I have none. At home I use the wifi and still cannot make a call 90 % of the time and even then It losses connection within minuets. I am getting frustrated because I was told so many good things about your services. Is there something I am doing wrong? A fellow employee sat in my living room and made a call to my phone both using wifi and regular cell service and it went strait to voice mail because I had no service. Please any help would be greatly appreciated before I have to try and find another phone service.

How the heck did you think you would do that? I was not logged on when you wrote me back. an e mail would of been a better response.

I am sorry Stephanie I found your PM and cannot seem to compose or reply to write you back other then here, and I don't know how smart it is to post my phones serial number in a forum.
