I've been talking back and forth with these people for 2 months and all that I've been told to try is to shut my phone off and turn it on, still hardly get service. Has anyone had a good experience?

I had a good experience with the TracFone forums about a year ago. They were very helpful and solved my issue entirely online. I'm hoping this website will be the same, though I can't even get a private message because I haven't "been active enough" on the forum. Plus, I posted something over 24 hours ago and it's still awaiting moderator approval.

i don't think so... most ppl are asked for their phone info then the "help" stops there... I had to search for two months on non-straight talk forums and websites to "resolve" my issues.

Same here. I have received 2 messages in over a week asking for my phone numbers and my serial numbers. I supplied them promptly and have not gotten any help. Straight talk might be cheap, but you still pay far more then what you get... if I don't receive the help I requested I will promptly go back to a.contract plan.

ST has got to have the worst customer service ever. I noticed that several messages took 2 months for a reply. What BS.
