iPhone 5 Internet still slow

Ok I have an iphone5 that I bought from Walmart. A couple months ago my Internet started to act really slow. My App Store is slow and every time I try to watch a video (YouTube or whatever) or stream music is keeps stopping. At first I thought I may had went over the "data limit" but my plan renewed today so whatever throttle I had should be off. Starting to get concerned because I really LOVE my phone. Btw calling customer service did nothing but waste my time. Help would be greatly appreciated.

slow for me here to in RI. I called and they told me there collecting the esn from customers that are not showing throttled in there system to escilate to there higher ups in either vzw it self or whom ever deals with them. sad because i had the opertunity to go to tmobile and get there iphone and sell this sad excuse for an iphone 5 on the better cdma network but i choked it up and went to get another 3month card for straight talk so im stuck. hope they realize people paid 700 bucks for this phone and it needs to be worth that...

I also am having very slow Internet on my iPhone 5, I travel a lot and thought it was the area I was in, but have been to several places since the problem has started and now is so slow web sites won't hardly open without wifi. Been this way for over a month and is getting worse! Help?
